The area of La Vista Bay East is 255 acres, divided between green spaces and different units, as follows:

78% of the project area was allocated to green spaces, public parks, and creative aspects of nature, which add more beauty to the general view.

22%, of the remaining area of the project, was allocated to service and recreational units and buildings.
