The decision was made to purchase a 205-acre piece of land with different levels of terraces. This was done to have more space for each car garage and to prevent any congestion. The terraces are about 6.5 square meters and there are 7 platforms in total. The beach area extends for more than 715 meters with a coastline of 2 km in length, which comes with white and soft sand to suit children and people with sensitive skin. The village owns a crystal lagoon on an area of ​​about 40,000 square meters that appears from every corner of the resort, reflecting the green colors of nature around it.
